    Making Change Practical Workshop

Change in our society is occurring at a transformational pace. A pace that is both energizing and frightening. Companies must learn to adjust to and adopt change to remain viable. Organizational change can be large or small, company-wide, or at the level of a single employee or procedure. Whatever the level and reasons for change, there are basic steps leaders and managers can take to prepare and organization and its employees.

In this workshop, CBA provides eight practical steps critical in any change effort. Each of the steps is detailed with examples CBA has practiced in their consulting and tips participants can apply in their own settings. The workshop addresses on why change efforts succeed and fail and what leaders and managers can do to prevent failure and promote successful change in their companies.

Participants leave with a road map for leading and implementing change and a list of practical change recommendations, actions every company will benefit from doing in the next two years.

All CBA workshops are customized to meet the unique needs of the companies with which we work. Typically, a workshop can be either a half-day event or an all-day session. Workshops are developed for the intended audience, whether executives, managers, or employees.
