    Manager Coaching

Executives and Managers often need advice about their leadership and management. Managers value a second opinion. CBA provides one-on-one coaching sessions for executives and managers. The coaching sessions are tailored to meet the needs of the person and the company.

CBA's coaching sessions start with the identification of specific goals for each executive or manager. Executive coaching sessions focus on broader leadership issues including direction setting, goal and priority development, financial operations, company metrics and performance, strategy development and implementing change. Manager coaching sessions focus on operational issues and barriers companies must overcome. For managers, we teach a problem solving process for addressing operational and employee performance issues. CBA's coaching sessions are structured so that managers apply the ideas and concepts they learn, in between coaching sessions, and then receive constructive feedback from CBA consultants on the results obtained.

When we work with a company' managers we consider that we are entering a long-term relationship. Our objective is to help the manager accomplish his/her goals. The measure of our coaching success is the extent to which each executive or manager reaches his/her specific coaching goal and the return on investment recovered by acting on our advice and coaching.
