CBA uses manager interviews, employee surveys, Management DiSC, and other professional assessment tools to provide a detailed profile of a manager or management team. This includes an in-depth appraisal of the manager's style, management processes, strengths, areas for improvement and recommendations for development and coaching.

In CBA's Manager Assessment process, we identify the Manager's strengths and areas for improvement. We help the Manager set goals, establish priorities, and develop an action plan for his/her unit.
